Marinestore Ashore is the caravanning and camping part of Marinestore Chandlery. The shop is based at Titchmarsh Marina, Walton on the Naze, Essex. There is a wide variety of stock held here so if you need to see before you buy, please call in. It would be advisable to 'phone 01621 854280 x 331 to check that we have the things in stock. The chandlery part of Marinestore is a thriving "bricks & mortar" and on-line mail order chandlery with 5 separate retail outlets, each of which contains stock and equipment suitable for the local requirements.

Information on payment methods
& cards
We
accept Mastercard, Visa and UK debit cards online,
except ELECTRON cards. If leaving your payment information is a
concern for you, you can
leave your contact details with a return telephone number on the
checkout pages, just entermyour contact number when requested and we
will
call you for payment details. All card data is held on a
secure server that is offline and therefore not physically available to
internet traffic. This in turn is heavily password protected and the
data is encrypted.
VAT and how it's charged
This site's prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate. This is not charged to
countries outside of the EEU. (Isle of Man and Channel Islands
customers will not be charged VAT on their dispatch invoice.
Order Status
To check your order status please sign in first. Top left of the main
screen. This will tell you exactly what stage the order is at and if
already shipped, the delivery method and date sent. (You must have
created a login account to use this feature) If in doubt you can
call Customer Service.
We will accept goods for return up to 10 days from our shipment date.The Distance Selling Act allows for a shorter return period. This applies to UK returns only.
If there is nothing wrong with the goods and you just want a refund simply return the order in its original packaging along with the invoice. If you want a different size or colour please make sure that you put a note on the paperwork with your precise instructions and don't forget to include your address - you'd be suprised at the number of parcels we get back with no sender details!
Please note that we can only accept returns for restocking that are:
- In the original packaging
- Unworn or unused
- Are in a condition suitable for resale
Once we have the goods back we shall credit your account, repair or replace as necessary.
Returns outside of the 10 day period may incur a restocking charge depending on the product. This could be up to 20% of the product value.

Small Jiffy Bag - £3.95. This is intended for small, light items.

Overseas
Overseas is charged at cost price. The price is dependant upon the weight of the parcel, we will let you know how much before shipment.
We do not ship overseas the following items: flares, Epirbs, liferafts, chain & anchors, radio's & other electronics, oil, paint & antifoul.
Next Day Delivery
We will do our best to fulfill all next day delivery requests. We must be in receipt of the order before 3:00pm and of course the goods must be in stock.
Signed For shipments
Many products must be signed for otherwise the carrier will not leave them. It is possible to deliver to alternate addresses such as your place of work if required.
